Lucky to Have You - Friend!

Hello dear friends! Welcome to the start of another week! I made these two cards for the Inspiration Challenge over on Split Coast this weekend.

This card was inspired by shamrock-heart necklace on the Cath Kidston web site

I used a free digi stamp and sentiment from PaperSmooches on my card. I embossed the background with Argyle embossing folder and cut out the sentiment with a nestie tag die. This card also works for The Ways to Use it Challenge this week - to use polka dots and the Free 4 All challenge -show your luck!

Stamps: Digi Stamps from PaperSmooches
Paper: white, pure poppy - PTI, Kraft - Gina K, DP dotted green - Amuse
Ink: Ranger Distress - Bundled Sage
Accessories: Ribbon tag trio 2 - Nestabilities, Twill - SU, Argyle Embossing folder, Foam tape, heart punch - McGill, corner rounder

My second card was inspired by this cute spot carry all bag . My Friend sentiment is from Rubbernecker . This card also works for the Ways to Use it Challenge - to use Polka Dots

We finally had some really warm weather this weekend (50's) and lots of our snow melted (finally!) I can actually see some soggy lawn as well as all the branches that had fallen during the snow storms we had all winter that got covered in the snow - now exposed!! Lots of clean up to be done this spring!

Stamps: Rubbernecker #480 Fall Trilogy Set
Paper: white & pure poppy - PTI, DP Bitty Dot Basics - PTI
Ink: Ranger Distress Barn Door
Accessories: Lacey Squares Nestabilities, foam tape, Wrinkled Seam Tape, mega deckled rectangle - Nestabilities

Hi Julia,

Wonderful cards! I especially love the big buckle on the first card.
By the way, I can definitely advise you to go and see The King's Speech, it was an amazing movie! It's not a big story and actually not much is happening, but it grabs your attention and it's over before you know it. Fabulous way of filming! We loved it!
Wishing you a lovely evening/day!

Hugs, Wendy
