I made this cute little baby card for the Featured Stamper challenge on Split coast - I chose this card from Petal Pushers wonderful gallery.
I just got this stamp set called So Many Scallops from Stampin Up and wanted to use it so this card was a great opportunity! The differences between my card and Petal Pushers are that I changed the colors, the DP, moved one of the photo corner positions and used a ribbon instead of a panel. I love the old fashioned images of children on this designer paper and I've been wanting to use it on a card.
I made the stars and scalloped circle using my nestability dies with my Cuttlebug. The corners are made with the photocorner punch that punches a large and small piece at the same time. I got my punch from Stampin Up.
Thanks for stopping by at my blog. I really appreciate your taking the time!

Hi Julia,
This is very pretty, I like the added strip of colored paper on the scallop piece. The DP is gorgeous.

I saw this great card in the "so many scallops" gallery and just had to CASE it. Mine is a lot more simpler, but my dp was very busy so I was afraid to add much more. Your card is perfection. Stop by my blog to see mine, www.danasdabblingstudio.blogspot.com
Thanks!!!
I think this card is so adorable! I love the old fashioned dp with these stamps and the colors are great! I just realized that you added me to your blogroll! How sweet! I am so flattered! I am going to add you to mine too...love your work! Thanks so much!
