February CAS Christmas Card Challenge - Winter Scene

February has arrived and it's not just time for Valentines -  it's also time for the February CAS Christmas Card Challenge!  Christine is our hostess this month and she is asking us to make a Winter Scene on our clean and simple cards!

I recently purchased this lovely die from Amazon.  I die cut it out of white card and layered it over a piece of DP which I had cut with a pierced feature rectangle frame die from PTI.  The winter church scene is up on foam dots.  The sentiment is a Small Talk Sticker/Occasions from Tim Holtz/Idea-ology.  I brushed Clear Glitter Wink of Stella over the die cut which gives it a lovely shimmer IRL but does not show up in the photo.

There's no time like the present to start your Christmas Cards!

We hope to see your CAS  winter scenes linked up at CAS Christmas!
You'll find lots of inspiration from the rest of the Design Team as well as our talented February Guest Designer Izzy (IzzyScrap) at the CAS Christmas Card Challenge blog!

Paper: white card - PTI, DP North Wind - Craft and You.
Accessories: framed church scene die - Amazon, Pierced Feature Frames Rectangles - PTI. Clear Glitter Wink of Stella, foam dots, Small Talk Stickers/Occasions - Tim Holtz/Idea-ology

What a beautiful winter scene card, Julia! Your framed church die-cut looks fantastic on the navy wintry DP. The color contrast and the die-cut dimension make the church scene beautifully pop. I can imagine the lovely shimmer of the die-cut.
