Waltzingmouse July Release DT Blog Waltz

Welcome to the Waltzingmouse July Release Design Team Blog Waltz!

You should start the Waltz at Claires blog. If you've arrived here from Anyas blog you are in the right place!

Today I'm altering a Laughing Cow cheese box!
And turning it into a lovely little round box that holds 6 round monogramed note cards.
This pretty frame stamp is from the new Victorian Fripperie set and the initials are from the Victorian Alphabet Set.

I die cut six cards using the large scalloped circle Nestabilities placing the die a little above the top fold so it didn't cut through and left the fold intact. I stamped the circle and initials, sponged the edges and added little gems. They all tuck neatly inside the box!

I adhered lace to the edge of the cover and twill ribbon to the bottom edge using Scor Tape

I included 6 regular size envelopes so it wouldn't cost any extra postage to mail these little notes and tied it all up with this pretty green silk ribbon! I made this little gift for my sister, Marcia, who celebrated her 60th birthday last weekend!

Next and last stop on the Waltz is Jennifer!

Remember you can win a free stamp set by leaving a comment at each blog along the way!
One winner will be chosen from comments on Claire's blog and one winner will be chosen from comments left on one of the DT's blogs!

Comments must be left by 11:59 pm EST on Sat 7/3 - winners will be announced on Claire's blog. Good luck everyone! AND ..... don't forget to shop!

So funny, I've been TRYING to save and recycle these containers for sometime now. My oldest son seems to be the one that uses the last piece and "forgets" to save it for me. I'll fix that, I take them out as soon as I buy the next one. As usual, I loved your project.
