A Waltzingmouse Alpine Christmas

Hi stampers!   Have you been over to the Waltzingmouse Shop lately?  If you have - you know that Claire has released a wonderful new stamp set called Alpine Christmas -  why no DT fan fare you say?  Well -  you can read all about the reasons on the WMS blog here -  she has also released some wonderful dies for some of her sets and will be releasing more as they are available.  (yippee!  we've all been waiting for these right?!?!)

Since the new set is now available - I thought I'd share a clean and simple card I made using just the 3 gorgeous snowflakes in the set and two of the wonderfully fonted sentiments. (is fonted a word??!)
and here's the simple message I stamped inside.  I like to make my Christmas cards as flat as possible so I don't have to add extra postage.  But I still want them to be impressive!
So I might suggest you hop right on over to the WMS Store - check out the mountain range, the little Alpine village and the very big Alpine Lodge included in this lovely winter/Christmas set along with many wonderful sentiments- and order yourself up a set before they are gone!

As for the DT Fan Fare??   We will be highlighting this set on Monday, Nov 18th along with the die.  So if you purchase the set - be sure to check back then for lots of inspiration!  On Nov, 19th, 20th and 21st we'll all be using past release WMS stamp sets for all kinds of Christmas/Holiday projects along with the dies Claire is releasing for those sets!

And don't forget about the November  WMS Pajama Party - it's happening on 11/22 - click on the Pajama Party pic on my sidebar to see all the challenges so you can make your cards ahead of time!

I raked for 3 1/2 hours this afternoon -  and even though I took a hot soak afterwards -  I still need to lay my body down now!

Stamps:  Waltzingmouse - Alpine Christmas
Paper:  white, enchanted evening - PTI
Ink:  Archival Jet Black, Memento Paris Dusk
Accessories:  silver half pearls - Michaels
