Snowman Snow Globe

I just love snow globes - I have a small collection of real ones, and several stamp/dies of them!

I used an older set from Papertrey Ink called Winter Snow Globe with a sentiment from Flurries - a retired set from Waltzingmouse.  The snowflake was cut with Snowflake 3D Impresslits from Tim Holtz/Sizzix.

I embossed the snowflakes in the globe with white embossing powder and the base with silver embossing powder.

The die cut snowflake and snow globe are both up on foam dots.

I layered a piece of clear acetate over the  snow globe but it doesn't really show in the photo!

I'm linking my card to:

An adorable little snowglobe, Julia! Love the large snowflake behind it - it adds so much interest and texture. Also love the classy black and white colour scheme.

Julia that 3d snowflake is magnificent. So much depth and texture. I have like a million snowflakes but will have to go check those out. Love you cute little snowglobe. I have done the same with acetate and it's a shame you can't get a good photo but YOU know it is there and the effect you have created.

Thank you very much for your fabulous card which you have entered into our Christmas challenge

Stay healthy, happy, keep crafting and Creating Joy :)
