I've been in a frenzy of card making this past week - getting inspired by so many of the challenges out there! Between DT creating and 'just for fun' creating I'm finding it hard to fit them into the calendar on the old blog.
Today I have an apple card - using a lovely older stamp set from Waltzingmouse called Peace and Plenty. I LOVE this Shaker style basket. I colored the basket and apples with Copics. The panel is cut with a WMS Stitched Rectangle die that gives it a nice finished edge.
The apple paper is Text Style Fruitti Tutti from Papertrey, a fun backdrop for my image. I embossed the background panel with Square Lattice from Stampin' Up.
My card was inspired by the Curtain Call Challenge - Orchard
I'm also linking this to the Just Us Girls Challenge - Autumn
Stamps: Peace and Plenty - Waltzingmouse
Paper: White, Simply Chartreuse, Harvest Gold, Text Style Fruitti Tutti - PTI
Ink: Archival Jet Black, Ranger Distress Tea Dye.
Accessories: Copics, Lucky Blend Sequins - Avery Elle, Square Lattice Embossing Folder - SU, Stitched Rectangle Die - Waltzingmouse.

There's a lovely fresh country feel to this card, Julia - I can almost hear the crunch of those apples.

Such a fun card, Julia! I love that background (and have that embossing folder, too!)--it lends a perfect country apple orchard feel to this creation! Too cute!! XOXO-Shari
