I made my panels by rubbing Dazzling Diamonds onto one side of a double sided sticky paper after adhering the sticky paper to a white cardstock panel of the same size. Then I stamped directly on the glittered panel using a pigment ink. I found a great tutorial for this technique here.
Here's a close up of the panel where you can hopefully see the wonderful glittery shimmer better. I colored the centers of the poinsettia's with yellow and green Copics. You really just dab the color on so you don't ruin the tips of the pens on the glitter.
And here is a pic of each card separately - both cards are 4 1/4" x 4 1/4"
