I really wanted to use my Asian Gardens stamp set for this challenge. At first I thought I would just stamp the Sakura flowers and have them all in a circle - but that ended up looking kind of 'blech' !!! LOL!
I used different size circle and oval punches for my images and sentiment. The ring and images are all popped up on foam dimensionals accept for the sentiment.
So check out the challenge blog - make your sketch card and get it posted on Mr. Linky by Thursday 7/1/10 at 11:59 pm EST. I can't wait to see what you create this week!
If you post on Split Coast please use WMSC4 in your keywords!
PRIZE NOTICE! : this week - if we reach 100 people linking their cards to the sketch challenge - one lucky winner (chosen randomly!) will win a stamp set of their choice - AND it can be from the July 1 release! Whoo hoo!

That is one humdinger of a sketch!! I really like that you built the scallop frame in place of the circle elements, fantastic with the images in mono too!
That really is a scary sketch - it probably would have had me running!!! You have done a wonderful job with it and made an incredible Asian themed card - both outside and inside!!!
oh wow! is this ever gorgeous! WOW!
You outdid yourself on this one! What a gorgeous card.
I had the same initial reaction to all those circles!!! You are so creative - this card is AMAZING!!! Wow, Julia. How can anyone top that?!
This is fabulous, Julia! Love the oriental blue & white combo. The patterns remind of china my mom collected. Love it!
This is stunning, Julia!! I love everything here, the sentiment, images, layout, that gorgeous color. It all works together brilliantly!
Love the take on the sketch, it was a toughie this week wasn't it? Totall makes me think of china for whatever reason. Love the way you used the oragami paper panels!
I was panicking when I saw all those circles...couldn't image what to do, but love your interpretation of the sketch!
Really like your card Julia....the patterns go so well together...and I'm so warming to this stamp set. Love the Black and White too...it all gels perfectly.
I love what you did with the sketch!! Gorgeous card! I may have to play in this one!
How beautiful - love how you created the frame & I'm really intrigued about the origami papers! After teaching 4th graders how to make origami cubes, the word origami tends to be a curse word in my vocabulary :) I think you may have changed my mind!
