Inkspirational #333 - Word Prompt - Snow

Here is my DT card for today's Inkspirational Challenge - Snow!   We just had a lovely 4" snow fall in MA last Saturday - falling on freezing bare ground.  That small amount is enough for me to feel warm and cozy when I look out the window!

I just received these snowflake dies from a sale over at The Greetery - So I made two cards using different snowflakes.  The snowflake below is from Snipped Showflakes #3.  The DP is from Charlie and Paulchen on both cards and I also added snowflake sequins from This Calls for Confetti on both cards.   The sentiment is from Paper Artsy Alison Bomber EAB05 set.
The snowflake below is from Snipped Snowflakes #2 from the Greetery.
I brushed Clear Glitter Wink of Stella over both of the large snowflakes - so they are shiny IRL but it doesn't show up in the photo.
Here's a close up where maybe you can see the sparkle a little bit?

So we hope you will join us and show us 'SNOW'!  You will find Mr. Linky and some beautiful inspiration from the rest of our talented team over at Inkspirational.

Link up by 1/31!

I'm also sending my card to:

Inkspirational #321 - Woodland

Here is my DT card for Inkspirational #321 challenge -  Woodland.

Woodland made me think of snowy Christmas in the woods!

I die cut the dome out of a  lovely piece of DP from Charlie and Paulchen showing these children enjoying the snowy woodlands.  I die cut the snow globe base out of a piece of woodgrain DP and the little sliver between the globe and base is die cut out of Brushed Silver.

I also die cut the globe out of clear acetate and layered it over the image with little glue dots in the bottom corners and top center (that do show a bit!).   I added three little 'snowflakes' over the acetate.

The snow globe is layered over the background DP with foam dots.  The sentiment is a Small Talk Sticker.

How does the word Woodland inspire you?   Please show us by linking your creation up over at Inkspirational!  You have until 8/9!

Sending Love in a Cart

Here's another Valentine I've made for the season.  I made six of these using different patterned papers for the background and different colors of 'frosted' hearts (red/white/chocolate).

I made a similar card about a month ago with a bigger plain heart in the cart and a die cut sentiment.

I used Glossy Accents on the heart and sprinkled heart confetti over it before it dried.  The Hand Cart die is from Charlie and Paulchen.  The sentiment is the from Good Vibes #4 set by Sizzix.

The Best Tree

Got to get started on the 2023 Christmas cards!  So here's the first!

I used several dies to create this card -  the sled is from Two Feet Deep by PTI, the trees are from die I just purchased - Woodland Santa Colorize Die from Sizzix and the handcart is a die from Charlie and Paulchen - a company in Germany.
I simply cut the dies, stamping or layering them as needed and adhered them over a pretty patterned paper from the Make It Merry Pad from Honey Bee.  I added a Clippings Stickers/Christmas from Idea-ology for the sentiment and tapped a white POSCA pen over the scene to create snow splatter!

From Our Gnome to Yours

Working on the Christmas cards now.  Although I already have enough made for this year I keep buying new things and want to use them!

For this card I used some purchases from Charlie and Paulchen, a company in Germany that I found through Chrissie Stokes' posts.

I die cut the gnomes, colored the pieces with Copics and die cut the hats again in patterned paper.  I die cut the cart out of woodgrain paper and inked over it with Dox Frayed Burlap.  I layered the cart over the patterned paper on foam strips and layered the gnomes onto the card with foam dots.  I added a Holiday Talk Sticker for the sentiment.

I love how fun these guys are!
