I am so excited to be joining in on the surprise Happy Birthday celebration today for Tracey McNeely! I have come to know Tracey through blog land encounters and by all of the lovely comments she leaves as she visits - she is on several Design Teams where I'm always inspired by her lovely CAS creations - and since I am a kindred CAS spirit - I created a CAS card in honor of her birthday.

I love this little Avery Elle Party Animal stamp set - I stamped, cut out and popped up the balloon dog on foam dots. The label is Tag Sale #3 from PTI. The sentiment is stamped on a Sentiment Strip from MFT.
