And I used the Labels 25 Nestabilities to cut mine - but it would have been very easy to hand cut as well. I black embossed the wreath on white card stock - and then colored it with several colors of Copics and added one rhinestone to the top center flower. Isn't this a beautiful wreath?! It colored up so nicely!
I embossed the green panel with Wicker Weave and popped the wreath onto it with foam tape for some nice dimension.
Then I thought - well what else can I do with this set???...and my eyes set upon this fun polka dot paper bag sitting on my work table from another recent project. And I looked at the dots and thought - I could stamp the floral design element from this set over the white dots randomly on the bag to color it up a bit?!?! So that's what I did!
Here's a close up of part of the bag so you see how I stamped over the printed polkadots.
Then I stamped the birthday sentiment on a piece of Kraft card stock, punched it and adhered it to the bottom corner of the bag - it just worked out that it fit between two of the polkadots - so I added two rhinestones to shine it up a bit! A couple of big home made cookies would fit nicely inside as well as many other 'slim' gift items! The bag measures 5" x 7.5"
So here you go - two very different projects from a mini set!
Once again - there's a little competition - PIN IT TO WIN IT! - All you have to do is PIN your favorite sample from today's Design Team creations on your Pinterest board, use the keyword #WMSfolklabel in the caption to your pin.
