I just went with stencils, using a new stencil set from Waffle Flower called Postage Collage Woof and I made a loss of dog Sympathy card.
The frame and hanger are from Postage Collage Frames Dies/Waffle Flower, and the embossing folder is 3D Molded Frame/Spellbinders.
I just used one of the dogs from the stencil set for my card.
Here is the full panel which has a good variety of breeds represented!
