I know my card is made using unexpected colors for Christmas (?!) - but I made it for the Splitcoaststampers Tuesday Color Challenge that included the option of making it Christmas in July.
I used a recently purchased Make a Wish Arch Labels die set from Spellbinders for all the framing. The Santa is a vellum die cut from Taperlogy, attached to the white panel with glue dots. The sentiment is a printed and die cut Subsentiments Christmas set by Waffle Flower and the snowflakes are from Simon Says Stamp.
To make the panel into a folded card - I die cut the largest frame again, out of white card stock, scored a horizontal line about 2" down from the top and adhered it to the top of the front panel so the card stands up.

Such a gorgeous Santa image & you've framed him well with the arch labels, Julia!! The large one makes such a beautiful card, I'll have to try that!
