I took a little break from making Valentines to make this card. A new baby girl will arrive in April in our family - and this may be the card I give them.
I used two shades of pink'ish' and 2 shades of blue'ish for my CAS baby
card. Since I made this for a girl baby - I used Hibiscus for the die cut BABY and pink enamel dots - but by changing those to blue - this could
very easily be a baby boy card! I cut a wavy edge on a piece of card stock for my mask and sponged the different colors as I moved the mask around.
