Creations by AR - October Release Template - Harvest Pumpkin Set

Well -  I think that all I have to do is show you a picture of this wonderful pumpkin and coordinating card and you'll be SOLD on Adela's October Release Harvest Pumpkin Set Template!
How Cute Are These???!!! These pumpkin boxes are so wonderfully designed - I just LOVE them!  I used slightly non-traditional colors on them as you may have noticed???!!!   Every year I get a few pumpkins (or maybe they are actually large gourds?) for my steps outside - and I always look for the white, grey and warty ones!  No plain orange for me!  SO that's what I wanted to use on my samples today.
Look at the design of the 'cover' how there is a piece that fits into the pumpkin to keep the top on nice and snug.  This goes together so wonderfully and easily - I was just amazed at the design.
The template includes all the vines, leaves and sturdy stem that you can adorn it with.  I scored veins in the leaves and crinkled them a bit layering them over each other with foam dots.
I sponged some Moonlight White Brilliance ink on the edges of the grey pumpkin and Old Paper Distress Ink on the edges of the off white pumpkin just to give a little depth to them.
I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut mine, which admittedly makes it so much quicker and easier than cutting it all out by hand.  Adela includes SVG (for cutting machines) and PDF (for hand cutting) files with all her templates..  And there is so much room inside these sturdy pumpkin 'boxes' -  I fit 6 mini treats inside!  It measures 3.75" tall x 3.5 wide x 3.5 deep
Here's a close up of the coordinating card.  All the papers I used are Bazzill so they have a wonderful texture to them.  Everything is popped up on foam dots.  The card measures 4.25 " x 3.25"

I'm going to give at least one of these to my sister who is hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year -  and I already have some cut out in the more traditional orange to give to my grand niece and grand nephews with treats inside.
Did I say that I LOVE these pumpkins???!!!!
Oh - and here is what I presently  have on my steps Kent and I found the bittersweet growing along the bike path in town where we walk a lot. (I have to rub oil on the pumpkins and sprinkle with hot pepper so the squirrels don't eat them!)

  14. Your grey pumpkin looked like chalkboard paper. I thought maybe you'd write something on the pumpkin to look like it was carved. I love the warty pumpkins too.
