Two for Courage

Here are two more cards I've made for the SCS Hope You Can Cling To Challenges.  There is a new challenge each day for the month of October and we are sending our cards to the MD Anderson Cancer Center in TX for visitors and patients to use.

The challenge for these cards was Courage.  For my first card I used stamps from Back in the Saddle by Waltzingmouse.
For my second card I went with the Lion image of courage - cutting the card with a scallop circle like the lions mane and also stamping a lion image and this courage sentiment from Rubbernecker.  The crown is from the Tim Holtz Alterations Heart Wings die
I can only imagine what kind of courage the patients at the cancer center need to have to face the fight of their lives.  We're hoping our cards will give them a little support.

Cowboy Courage
Stamps: Waltzingmouse - Back in the Saddle
Paper: Rustic Cream - PTI
Ink: Archival Coffee, Ranger Distress Frayed Burlap

Lions Courage
Stamps: Rubbernecker - Sentiments/Courage, baby stuffed lion (no longer available)
Paper: Dark Chocolate, fine linen - PTI, gold - unknown
Ink: Archival Coffee, Ranger Distress Mustard Seed
Accessories: crown die - from Heart Wings by Tim Holtz Alterations, circle and big scallop circle Nestabilities, Copic E34.
