Heavy Metal and Take a Hike!

My first offering to you today is a card for the Limited Supplies Challenge over at Split Coast - Joy in a Jar's instructions were to get back to basics - to only use shiny embellishments like gems, only paper - a bonus for metallic paper - and only scissors or straight cutter - no punches.And I get the bonus points because I used gold and red metallic foil board! I wonder what I can get with my bonus points?!?!? LOL!! I also embossed my leaves with Red Dragon Opaque Embossing powder which is very sparkly. I used Dew Drops as my only embellishment. The ink on the sentiment is Gold Pigment Ink. I colored in the leaves with a Spica gold pen. The sketch is from Amy Rysavy's blog that you can see here:

    Look at you...getting bonus points for the metalic paper!!! Your card is gorgeous, Julia, and I LOVE the bags!!! I am booking my flight right now and I will be at the workshop...in spirit anyway!!! heehee!!!

    Your backpacks are too cute! I made a version of these back when my daughter went back to school, but yours look wider, so I'm looking forward to your instructions!

    The card is just stunning and I bet IRL it really shines. The little purses are really wonderful and keepsakes after the 'sweets' are gone!
