Will You Be My.....

I finally dragged out my Make It Market Shakers and Sprinkles kit that I purchased from PTI  in April 2014 when it came out (and haven't used until today!) and made 3 fun shaker Valentine cards!  The heart dies, the patterned paper, the clear cardstock and adhesive foam comes with the kit.  The Sentiment Strip is a die from MFT and the stamps I used  are from a new PTI set called Love You to Pieces Addition Set.  The Market Kit came with stamps - but they are not Valentine related.
Betsy Veldman, creator of this fun kit, has a great tutorial post on the best way to assemble the shakers.
I die cut the heart and circle sprinkles inside the shaker using two dies included in the kit - I also added one little shake of some clear crystals also included.
I had so much fun putting this together - I made 2 more for our Valentine sale at church coming up.   The clear cardstock causes a little static electricity and so the paper hearts and circles stick to it.  You can shake them down - but it looks kind of fun with the pieces staying all over the front of the heart!
The pretty patterned papers come with the kit but can be ordered separately.ETA:  you can still get the kit!  Here on PTI
Here's what I did on the inside of the cards - a simple sentiment (unknown maker) and 3 little hearts left over from the 'sprinkles'!
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches
also entering these in  the CAS-ology Cue Card - NBUS (linking the 3rd card that has more white space!)
as well as Darnell's NBUS Challenge

Stamps:  Love You to Pieces: Additions Set - PTI,  Happy Valentines Day - unknown.
Paper:  Raspberry Fizz, white, DP Shakers and Sprinkles Patterned Paper Collection - PTI
Ink:  Archival Jet Black, Raspberry Fizz - PTI
Accessories:  Sentiment Strip Die - MFT, Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive, Shakers and Sprinkles Make It Market Kit - PTI

Well, if you didn't make a post that is the easiest of any for me to CASE, I don't know my alphabet, Julia! I have all of those things, right down to that unknown Valentine sediment on the inside of your card! Yes! How about that?! Thank you for making my Valentine-making days easier this year!! Don't you especially love the festive paper that comes with this kit? The stripes and circles in those yummy ice cream parlor colors?! (And I don't even work for PTI!!) Thank you so much for entering your shaker Valentine in my NBUS Challenge #3! I hope you're having a lovely weekend!! Hugs, Darnell

Hey Julia!! Oh you have inspired me to use my Movers and Shakers Kit from PTI. Mines is still in the packaging that it came in. That's bad. Its such a cute set. Your card is beautiful. I love shaker cards. They make me happy. The colors that you choose are awesome too. Nicely done. Thanks for playing along with us this week at CASology.
