Papertrey Ink Blog Hop - Inspired by Pink!

Whoo hoo!  It's time for the January Papertrey Ink Blog hop !
Here is what Nicole gave us for inspiration - perfect as we are all gearing up for Valentine's Day!  We are having frigid temperatures right now (as a lot of us seem to be all over the US!) and these pinks really warm me up!
And here is my creation
I used several Papertrey Ink products on my card although it contains NO stamping - GASP!  The scallop strips are cut with the large scallop die and they are adhered to a panel cut with one of the Tipped Tops dies.  First I die cut long 8" strips of different colors with the scallop die - adhered them over the Tipped top die cut panel - and then cut off the edges to fit the Tipped top panel.   The HAPPY is also included in the Tipped Tops die set.   I added some enamel dots and one sugar blend sequin.

My design was inspired by the Case Study #175 Challenge
Here's what I put on the inside of my card
I had a left over piece of a scallop die cut strip - the 'birthday' is a Wonderful Word die from PTI.  All of my card stock is from PTI as well -  Hibiscus Burst, Sweet Blush, Berry Sorbet, Raspberry Fizz, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest and True Black!
I can't wait to see all the wonderful pink goodness linked up over on Nicole's blog today!  Are you joining in??

Paper:  Hibiscus Burst, Sweet Blush, Berry Sorbet, Raspberry Fizz, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest and True Black - PTI
Accessories:  Wonderful Word - Birthday Die, Tipped Tops die, large scallop die - PTI, enamel dots - Michaels, Sugar Blend Sequin - Avery Elle.
