WMS Nov Release Blog Waltz! and Candy Wagon

Welcome dear friends to our Waltzingmouse November release blog waltz!  You should start the waltz at Claire's Blog - where she has a complete list if you get lost along the way.

If you came here from Sandie Dunne's blog you are in the right place!

We have one more new stamp set to show you today before we send you off shopping at the store! Let's give a warm welcome to Candy Wagon!  The sentiments in this set continue with Claire's American West theme of Yonder Star and Sheriff.

If you stop by here often - you know that I LOVE making treat packages - either decorating purchased items or making containers out of card stock using Claire's and other fun templates.  Today I've decorated some purchased items -  a corked plastic bottle and a little tin pail.

For the bottle - I stamped the candy wagon twice - cutting out the awning and wheel and layering them over the first stamping with foam tape.  It's filled with fall color M&M's (Yum!) and it's Jes' fer You!
For the pail -  I inked the sentiment in green and black, layered it to a black panel and adhered it over this wonderful wide grosgrain ribbon.  I adhered the fun pom pom ribbon along the rim and tied on the stamped tag with wrinkled seam tape.  I sponged the edges of the tag and the sentiment with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink.
Pretty fun huh??!!  Of course, you could use these stamps to make a card too!
There will be a prize of a stamp set of choice from a random drawing from comments left on all of the Design Team blogs.  You have until 6:59 EST November 5th to leave comments.  The winner will be posted on Claire’s blog on Tuesday, November 6th.

I hope you have enjoyed the last 3 days of our peeks and have been inspired by Claire's wonderful new stamp sets!  They are all available now over at the WMS shop!

Next name on the waltz card is the ever talented Laurie Schmidlin!

Cute little treat sets. We only have the primary color m&m's here in Germany. Maybe that's a good thing....
