Weeds in a Pot

Happy Saturday Stamping Friends!   I created today's card for two challenges:

The Inspiration Challenge over at Split Coast where I was inspired by this lovely golden glass vase and stems

I used my Spellbinders Flower Pots to die cut the pot and I embossed it with the Tim Holtz Bricked Embossing Folder. I also cut the top piece of the pot off and popped it up on foam tape to give dimension.

I tied a piece of wrinkled seam tape in two bows and attached it to the pot with a glue dot. I added 3 dew drops (boy I haven't used dew drops in long time!).

My weed and sentiment stamps are from Rubbernecker .

I sponged the edges of the card and the pot with Ranger Distress Scattered Straw and Dried Marigold

If you're looking for more inspiration this weekend - check out the Waltzingmouse Saturday Sketch and The Sisterhood Sunday's Challenge

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
