Embossed Silver

Wasn't I just saying it was Friday night and I was looking forward to the weekend? and now it's almost over - where do the hours go??!

I ran a stamping workshop with two friends at my church today with 9 people attending so I had a full afternoon of card making - but I did manage to get in the Featured Stamper challenge before I went over. I had already looked at the gallery of Paris Otremba before church this morning so I had a card in mind that I wanted to case.

I used different stamp sets than Paris used, a slightly different layout and I used a white card - not having any silver card stock. I loved the look of the silver scrolls and the contrasting burgandy flower. I also love the Mr. & Mrs. stamp so perfect for a wedding card! I twisted some silver cording onto my white sheer ribbon. The sentiment is attached with dimensionals over the ribbon.
Ok - I've been stamping and talking about stamping enough for today! I have to go feed my hungry husband (and myself!)
Thanks so much for stopping by today to see what's new here.
I have some exciting news to share with you tomorrow - so hope to see you then!
